 We are pleased to announce that TSIowa (Telecom Services of Iowa) has purchased Robinson Telecommunications. TSIowa is available to help you with the ongoing service and support of your Panasonic phone system and assist you with all of your telecommunication needs.     

   In addition to providing Panasonic business telephone systems, TSIowa offers surveillance systems and cameras, paging/clock management solutions, network Infrastructure (voice, data and fiber optic cabling,) headsets and Clearfly SIP trunk services. SIP trunks are a virtual line that uses Internet Bandwidth to deliver local and long-distance service (dial tone) to your phone system at a reduced rate, while offering advanced calling features that aid in employee mobility.


To make it easy for you, we have a number of ways for you to contact us.
 -  You can call us at 641-394-3301. We use our SIP trunk service to have Robinson's phone number in New Hampton ring in to our Cedar Rapids office.

  -  If you have a service or support request that is not in need of immediate attention, you can email us at service@tsiowa.com. We will acknowledge that we received your email, will get a service ticket started and work with you to get your request scheduled.
 -   You can reach us via the 'Contact Us' link on this website where there are options for ‘Sales’ and ‘Service’ requests. We are available to help you with both, if you are in need of support or are considering an upgrade to a new system. 
 -  If you are in need of immediate service, call our office and leave a message in our emergency mail box; someone will be paged and will get back to you promptly.

  Robinson Telecommunications and its predecessor, Seery Telecommunications, has served the northeastern Iowa area well for over 30 years. Eric Robinson, owner of the company, has taken on a new position as Multi-Tech for the City of New Hampton.
