About Us

or have other telecommunication needs you would like to address, TSIowa is available to help.  

Founded in 1990 by two telephone system technicians under the name of Business Telephones Interconnect, their focus was upon providing the best, most affordable, service and support possible for their customers. Telecom Services of Iowa purchased their company in 2001 and continues to carry on this tradition today.

Telecom Services of Iowa is a provider of Hosted (Cloud-Based) and On-Premise IP telephone systems, surveillance systems and network infra-structure (voice, data and fiber optic cabling.)  With those products at its core, Telecom Services of Iowa shortened its name to TSIowa… representing Telecommunications, Surveillance and Infrastructure. 

TSIowa offers phone systems and surveillance systems ranging from a single camera to closed circuit TVs with sophisticated recording systems. We also offer paging systems, which can incorporate clock management systems for schools, and other telecom related services, such as SIP trunk services.

TSIowa was a provider of Samsung and Panasonic telephone systems for over two decades. While we still provide support for those product lines, we now offer ESI telephone systems as well. ESI systems can be configured for Hosted (Cloud-Based) and On-Premise IP telephones with IP phones and applications designed specifically for either ESI system.
