How to transfer a call to voice mail

HOW TO TRANSFER A CALL TO VOICEMAIL
To transfer a call directly to a user's voice mailbox:

• While on a call, do not place the call on Hold; instead press the [VOICE MAIL] key. 
• Dial the mailbox number; or press the pre-programmed DSS key of the internal extension to whose voice mail box you wish to transfer the call.
  
• Hang up when dialing is completed.
