HOW TO FORWARD ALL CALLS TO AND EXTENSION OR CELL PHONE​

• With the handset on hook and your phone idle dial *7102 then enter the number you want to forward to followed by # then press intercom. You should hear a confirmation tone. If you are forwarding to a cell phone make sure you put a 9 first.
  
  
• (ie to forward to an extension : *7102 202 # intercom)
  (ie to forward to a cell phone : *7102 9 5551234 # intercom)
  
  
• To cancel call forwarding with the handset on hook and your phone idle dial *7100 intercom.​
