How to transfer a call to voice mail on your Panasonic phone system

HOW TO TRANSFER A CALL DIRECTLY TO VOICE MAIL

• While still connected to an outside caller, do NOT put the call on Hold, press the [MESSAGE] button.
  
• Enter the extension number of the user, or press the Direct Station Selection (DSS) button that you have programmed for that user.​
  
• Hang up to complete the transfer.
