PROGRAMMING A ONE-TOUCH DIALING BUTTON:
You can customize the flexible button and/or programmable feature buttons on your phone so they can be used to make outside calls. They may also be programmed as Direct Station Selection (DSS) buttons to provide a visual indication as to the busy/idle status of other users, as well as one button access to call those users.
- Press [PAUSE/PROGRAM] and then press the desired flexible button you wish to program. *If you are programming an IP phone with multiple ‘pages’ of buttons, go to the appropriate page first.
- To program a DSS button press 1 + the internal extension number.
- To program a One-touch speed dial button press 2 + 9 + the desired number. (Maximum of 32 digits.)
- Press ENTER on the button at the bottom of the display to store.
- You will then be given the option to program a name for the button just programmed. Do so as you would a text message.
- Press [PAUSE/PROGRAM] or EXIT to complete the process.
